Surgical career so for (from 2002)

After completion of surgical training in India at Coimbatore Medical College (M.S - General surgery –March 2002), Dr.S.Tamilselvan moved to United Kingdom (UK) and continued further higher surgical training in Breast, Endocrine and General surgery over a period of 10 years(2002 – 2012).

Dr. S. Tamilselvan has also completed many prestigious surgical fellowships in Breast, Endocrine surgery at world class hospitals in UK, USA (University Hospital of Wisconsin & Clinic, Madison, Wisconsin), South Korea (Severance Hospital, Seoul), Italy (European Institute of Oncology, Milan) and Australia (Royal Northshore Hospital, Sydney).

Dr.S. Tamilselvan has recently completed 3 years of Transplant surgery training (Kidney, Pancreas transplant) at reputed hospitals in London (Royal Free Hospital), Cardiff(University Hospitals of Wales and well capable of performing Kidney, Pancreas transplants along with various types of vascular access procedures (A.V. Fistula) for Haemodialysis in patients with chronic renal failure.

Dr.S. Tamilselvan has presented many scientific and research papers at various National, regional scientific conferences in UK, India. Dr.S. Tamilselvan also completed fellowship exams conducted by all the prestigious Royal colleges of Surgeons of UK, and has been awarded with multiple FRCS degrees.

Dr.S Tamilselvan has been practising surgery in Trichy for the past of 9 years as a Consultant in General, Breast & Endocrine surgery and performed more than 1000 surgical procedures with excellent clinical outcomes.
